Never shown to clients
Client previews and presentation mode are built from an allowlist. These fields are excluded by construction, not by remembering to hide them.

Not built yet
- Sign in and per-person permissions. Anyone with the link sees everything internal.
- Secure client share links with revocation, so previews stay internal for now.
- Live Airtable reading and writing, including conflict handling.
- Document and screenshot import, and any automatic performance figures.
- Emails, notifications, availability tracking and scheduling.
