The Contacts table fields are mapped below. Visits and Ideas are not mapped because their fields have not been inspected. Nothing syncs until a connection is set up.

Never shown to clients
Client previews and presentation mode are built from an allowlist. These fields are excluded by construction, not by remembering to hide them.

Not built yet
- Sign in and per-person permissions. Anyone with the link sees everything internal.
- Secure client share links with revocation, so previews stay internal for now.
- Live Airtable reading and writing, including conflict handling.
- Document and screenshot import, and any automatic performance figures.
- Emails, notifications, availability tracking and scheduling.
